Bozal Cuixe Mezcal

This mezcal is made from Cuixe, which is more tree-like than other agave plants and has a single stalk topped with a comb of leaves. It produces a complex mezcal with distinctive flavours of rich tropical fruit and sweet potato, followed by a smoky finish.
