Cotswolds Sherry Cask Single Malt

A sherry cask matured English single malt from the Cotswolds Distillery that was aged in a combination of American and Spanish oak hogsheads and butts which have previously held either oloroso or Pedro Ximenez sherry. Aromas of brown sugar, cherry pie and roasted coffee beans fill the nose, complemented by notes of plums, chocolate, toasted almonds and peppery oak throughout the palate.
