This artisanal mezcal has been made using 100% jabali agave, a notoriously difficult plant to work with. Made in the village of Santa Maria Albarradas, Del Maguey Jabali mezcal has a fresh, fruity nose, full of ripe fig, baked apple and star anise, while the palate offers sweet floral notes, alongside herbal tarragon, coriander and aromatic agave.
