Distilled in the heart of Paris, at Distillerie de Paris, this smoky and herbaceous three-year-old whisky was matured in chestnut barrels produced in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. The nose brings aromas of damp peat, sea salt, pepper, candied orange peel, dried apricot, golden hay, heather honey, Mirabelle plum and billowing peat smoke. The palate opens with notes of malty peat smoke, followed by liquorice, bitter herbs, ginger, cinnamon and milk chocolate that develop into marmalade, rhubarb crumble and malted milk biscuits that linger in the finish.
