English Whisky Co. 15 Year Old Founders Private Cellar Sherry Cask

A limited-edition English single malt from the English Whisky Co. that was matured in a single bespoke sherry cask from founder James Nelstrop’s private cellar for 15 years, before being bottled in July 2022. The nose is dark and oily, filled with aromas of sticky dates, raisins and sultanas, complemented by notes of cherries, dark chocolate, figs, ginger and dried fruits throughout the palate.
