Hellyers Road Pinot Noir Finish

A Pinot Noir finished whisky from Tasmania’s Hellyers Road distillery. The whisky is first aged in American white oak aged casks and then finished in the wine casks. Said by the producers to ‘”evoke all the complexities of a Tasmanian rainforest.”
