Los Siete Misterios Pechuga Mezcal

A rich, full-bodied Pechuga from Los Siete Misterios that is made in small batches in Santiago Matatlan. This Pechuga is triple distilled, but before the third distillation a blend of fruit and spices is added to the still and a raw chicken breast is suspended in the still. This process adds layers of rich, fruity flavours and aromatic, herbal smoke.
