Noble Coyote Espadin-Jabali Mezcal

This limited edition mezcal from Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca, is made by combining Espadin and Jabali varieties. Jabali is considered to be one of the most exotic types of agaves, which takes true craftmanship to turn into mezcal. Available only on the European market, this rich expression offers notes of lemongrass, eucalyptus and smoky bacon with a herbal lingering finish.
