Rozelieures Subtil Collection French Single Malt

Subtil was the first unpeated whisky to be introduced into the Rozelieures, which has built up a reputation for using varying levels of peated malt in all its whiskies. This family-made single malt is matured in new French oak casks as well as ex-Cognac and ex-bourbon casks. It has the characteristic weightiness of Rozelieures’ spirit, which is partly the result of the squat Charentais stills is uses, and has notes of vanilla, honey, pear, quince jam and toasted cereals.
