Sailor’s Home Caravelle 10 Year Old Rum Finish The Island Series

The second release in the Sailor’s Home Island Series, Caravelle is named after the type of ship used for long voyages through the 15th, 16th and 17th centuries, and for Presqu’ile de la Caravelle – a wild and lush natural reserve in Martinique. Matured for at least a decade in American oak ex-bourbon casks, Caravelle has been finished in Martinique Rhum Agricole casks, creating aromas of pineapple, dry savannah grass and demerara sugar on the nose. The palate offers notes of creamy toffee, green sugar cane, blood orange, liquorice and candied bananas throughout the palate.
