Teeling 1991 30 Year Old

Another excellent old whiskey from the good people at Teeling. These early-1990s Irish single malts are always a real treat, richly textured and exploding with fresh fruit. Here, we find those characteristic peaches and apricots amplified by a short finish in a Sauternes cask. The influence of this sweet Bordeaux wine adds extra layers of tropical fruit and fresh acidity.
