White Peak Wire Works Small Batch (47.7%)

The 47.7% release of White Peak’s lightly-peated English single malt which has been matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon and STR casks. Aromas of caramel popcorn, butterscotch, cloves, ripe banana, apples, vanilla sponge, candied ginger, cherry pie, bergamot and nutmeg fill the nose, complemented by notes of chocolate orange, Victoria sponge, liquorice allsorts, cinnamon, marshmallow, pink grapefruit and crème brûlée throughout the palate.
